Family concert for all ages 6 and up
On Sunday the 25 of September at 11 o’clock, a family concert will take place in the Tonhalle in Düsseldorf, in which 60 minutes of Beavers will be premiered.
To be featured on the concert will be a recently completed work Circus Troupe, Portraits, and a recently reworked Tipsy. The works will be woven together with a story of a visit to a typical Düsseldorf home where we musically get to know the neighbors.
The orchestra will be conducted by the rising young talent, Wilson Ng.
Knock, knock, ding dong! Who actually lives in the apartment with the door sign “Müller”? And who is always so loud on the floor above? And why are there such strange noises in the basement? There's a lot going on in the large apartment buildings in Düsseldorf, where the inventor lives next door to the good-looking woman, the pensioner and the athlete. Composer Kevin Beavers lets us peek into their apartments and get up close and personal with the residents through music.
